The Gospel of Matthew is one of four gospel documents in the New Testament. He recounted the life and ministry of Jesus, from his genealogy to the apostles' post-resurrection mission to "go and make disciples of all nations." Traditionally, the Bible printed in Matthew is the first gospel, Mark, Luke, and John in order. The role of fatherhood is traditionally attributed to the Evangelist Matthew.
