The rocket book begins when Bill's son sets up a duel with a rocket he finds in the basement. Suddenly rockets sweep through other tall buildings, confusing and transforming the rowdy of 20 families until something in the attic finally cools him down. Every page and illustration in the book has an oval hole to show where the rocket has gone through all the flats! Like all of Newell's books.
