The Slant Book are literally parallelograms, with the spines tilted to one side. Once opened, the facing page forms the letter "V". All the pictures on the slanted cover show a very early baby in a carriage [last year's "go-kart"] somehow escaping the nanny and happily running up a difficult slope understand.
